Your split plan
Percentages allocate total time to the first and second halves of the distance. Scenarios are not fitness predictions.
| Distance (mi) | Split time | Elapsed time |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | 8:03 | 0:08:03 |
| 2 | 8:03 | 0:16:06 |
| 3 | 8:03 | 0:24:08 |
| 3.107 FINISH | 0:52 | 0:25:00 |
Three numbers. One clear plan.
Pace is the time you take to cover one unit of distance. A 25-minute 5K means 5:00 per kilometer, or about 8:03 per mile. A smaller pace number means a faster speed.
Use Find pace when you know a distance and finish time. Find time multiplies your pace by distance. Find distance divides your available time by pace. Miles and kilometers describe the same result in different units.

Why is my GPS distance different?
The calculator uses your entered distance. Your watch may record a different distance because of the route you ran or its measurement. A pace calculated from the watch distance can therefore differ from the official-distance pace.
Does the result predict my fitness?
No. It calculates the pace required for the time you enter. It does not assess whether that target is achievable.
